About Mythos

Mythos is a Greek vocal and instrumental ensemble offering live Greek music in all its richness: bouzouki, Greek rhythms, dance, and song performed in close connection with the audience.

Our concert programme spans traditional Greek folk songs, modern Greek hits, and original compositions. We bring the audience into the performance, teaching them Sirtaki, Hasapiko, and other classic Greek dances.

The musicians of Mythos are seasoned, internationally experienced performers who have played on stages across Greece, Poland, Germany, Sweden, France, and the Netherlands. They have shared billing with some of the biggest names in Greek music: Demis Roussos, Vicky Leandros, Costa Cordalis, Antique, and the Bouzouki Band.

Mythos performs regularly at chamber concerts, live music clubs, city festivals, folk events, and large-scale public celebrations. The ensemble is also known from Polish radio and television appearances.

Beyond concerts, we offer Greek dance courses, music workshops, educational programmes combining Greek poetry and music, and expert advice on purchasing Greek instruments including bouzouki, baglamas, and tzuras. We carry our own professional sound and lighting rig.
